Meet the founders of Caltech, Bill Zajac and Paul Ellegood.

Bill and Paul started Caltech in 1990. The duo wore many hats when the company was starting up. They would hit the field together to complete the projects and return to their home-based office, where one would complete the survey plan, and the other would start looking for the next opportunity. Through hard work and pride to provide exceptional client service, Caltech grew to what it is today.
From a company of two to over 200 employees, some things have remained the same – our growth-oriented attitude and our commitment to provide exceptional client service.
